About this cottage rental
Our roomy cottage is the perfect island getaway for families and friends to have fun and unwind. Centrally located, yet off the beaten path - it's walking distance to all of the downtown action. There's also plenty of entertainment space both inside and out to comfortably gather and stretch out.
The large open floor plan gives you the chance to get everyone together. The fully stocked kitchen leads into the large main living area with plenty of lounge and dining seating for everyone.
Outside you'll enjoy the spacious deck and large treed lot - plenty of sun and shade for everyone. You can take your meal outside with the propane grill and large outdoor dining area. The fire pit provides a relaxing night time gathering spot.
The 3 bedroom cottage has 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a queen sized memory foam sleeper sofa and can sleep up to 10 people in beds.

2024 Update: All new flooring and paint throughout the home. New mini-split AC/Heating units in each of the bedrooms and main living room. New beds and mattresses in all the bedrooms. Kitchen remodeled in 2022 and bathrooms in 2018.
NOTE: If booking over the weekend, both Friday and Saturday nights must be reserved.

Location was perfect! Everything was comfortable and convenient. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. The only complaints we had was the sound of the water pump. Any time water is running it is so loud! Especially annoying in the bedrooms in the mornings. Small trade off for the comfort and convenience of the home! I would still HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone! Especially during the peak season! (I do not recommend a stay in October!!! Most stuff was closed or not following their posted times for business. Very disappointed in that portion of our visit.) Our host and our home, however, was phenomenal! Thank you for another amazing trip!

This place was very clean and quiet! Lovely!! Plenty of space, beds were VERY comfortable!!!The only thing I ask that they change is I got a check In message saying we needed to bring our own sheets and bath towels.. It was a hassle to pack them at last minute.. we got there and sheets and towels were provided!! HUH!! But overall we Loved the stay and would definitely rent again!!

Property was just ok. It was clean and our family had a great time but I just do not feel it’s worth the amount of money we spent (to include a 415 service fee)! The house has many different levels and you have to walk through someone’s room to get to the additional bedroom. The deck is peeling and needs refinished. Could have nicer patio furniture. We have stayed in much nicer places for less without the ridiculous service fee….
