The building is in the pedestrian area which also includes the long lake, the marina and the public beach.
At a distance of approximately 1,000 meters there is a beach and wind-surfing equipment. At about 250 meters there is access to the lake promenade of Cannobio.
The area is considered very quiet.

courtyard for exclusive use of about 15 square meters, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
