La casa ha tanti piccoli difetti che se sistemati renderebbero l'alloggio perfetto. Ad esempio la maniglia di una porta non funzionante, l'anta di una doccia fuori asse, la mancanza di armadi.

Avrei preferito che qualcuno fosse venuto al l’appartamento a fare il check in e portarci le chiavi

There were a few things broken but nothing that affected our stay

Location was great. The host provided some beverages, which was a nice touch upon arrival. There is a laundromat right next door, which was very convenient, and the Metro station is essentially under the building, so it was very close and convenient. However, there wasn't any noise from the Metro to make the stay loud or uncomfortable, so it was a nice plus.

I didn't like that the host changed the apartment we booked to a different location. While the new accommodations were adequate and similarly located, we booked a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment. The host switched us to a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and said it was an upgrade, but we feel it was a downgrade. We did not need the extra bedroom, but we did need the extra bathroom, and the new location's ambiance and decor were not that of the other property. It was disappointing. The heating and air conditioning were difficult to operate and keep a comfortable temperature throughout--it was either way too hot or freezing.
