On the ground floor of Villa Norma, a charming semi-detached house, the apartment has 5 + 2 beds, and consists of 2 bedrooms (double + triple), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining / living room with double sofa bed, Wi -Fi, 32 "LCD satellite TV, 19" LCD TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, 2 parking spaces, and also has a large furnished garden and a delightful veranda with a dining table. The beach (100 m) is accessed without crossings and the center of Milano Marittima is only 200 m away, shops, restaurants, clubs and services in the immediate vicinity. Conventional pool 100 m. (paid). Bed linen and towels provided for a fee. Pets allowed at the discretion of the owner. Smoking only outside.

Wir waren in den Oktoberferien in Milano Marittima und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Durch die Nähe zum Strand sind wir mehrmals täglich am Meer gewesen - baden und spazieren gehen. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss entsprach exakt der Beschreibung, ist absolut chic und durch den kleinen Wintergarten und den schönen Außenbereich für jedes Wetter geeignet - und auch für Urlaub mit Hund super. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück macht das ganze perfekt.

The villa is split into two apartments allowing us to have a four generation family holiday in comfort. The Villa is very comfortable, in great location 2 mins walk to beach and 5 mins walk to town centre. The owner is very thorough and helpful.

La descrizione della proprietà risponde alla realtà, ogni cosa è molto curata. La posizione è centrale e vicino al mare. Il giardino e la veranda sono i due particolari che rendono il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Ringrazio la proprietaria per la sua cortesia.
