About this villa rental
Uva is a small and comfortable villa with private pool sleeping up to 6 people which has been renovated in 2018. This villa is ideal for a family with young children or for friends travelling together. Its position is perfect for those looking to spend time in the countryside while being very close to a city – the stunning city of Lucca is just 15km away. Conveniently located in Colle di Compito, it is also very close by the coast of Versilia with Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi seaside resorts. Guests have easy access to the main Tuscany sightseeing such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gemignano etc.
The owners manage other properties in the area and have furnished this property with many comforts such as air-conditioning smart TV, Bluetooth music system, WI-fi, etc. On the ground floor of the villa there is a large open space with the living room and a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.) while on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms both with their en-suite bathroom (shower) and a twin bedroom with private bathroom (shower) .
At a short walking distance there is a small sport centre where is possible to play tennis.
For large groups, the owners rent also the property next door Il Grappolo which sleeps 9 people.
The following might be to be paid extra: Heating, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

The whole experience of booking Villa Uva with Salogi Srl in Lucca was easy, efficient and very helpful. The Villa itself was of very high specification. Had everything you could possibly need. Can't speak highly enough about it. We did have a minor problem with the awning one day but within hours of telephoning Salogi it was fixed and dealt with.
The key holders were very helpful and absolutely charming people.
We have no hesitation in recommending Salogi and The Villa Uva.
