About this house rental
Exclusive two-room apartment in the countryside, newly renovated, quiet and bright on the Posillipo hill with a view of the Gulf of Naples. The apartment is in a small park with an independent entrance located on the first floor without a lift. After the first ramp leads to the terrace for the exclusive use of guests, furnished with table and chairs, for dinners in the open air. Entering the apartment there is a hallway through which you access a bedroom, a living room and a toilet. The bedroom with double bed has a balcony, where you can have a romantic breakfast, built-in wardrobe, low cabinet and smart TV. The toilet is equipped with a large shower (for two), toilet, bidet and sink, of course it is windowed. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a crystal table with chairs, a wardrobe, a low cabinet and a smart TV. Inside the living room, the sofa allows two people to sleep comfortably on single beds with 20cm-high spring mattresses. The kitchen is new and there is a sink, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen and gas oven, washing machine, shelves to work and all the necessary kitchenware. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Inside the park there is the availability to park a medium-sized car. In the immediate vicinity there is, if necessary, a night shelter for large cars, to be paid separately.

abbiamo fatto una settimana da sogno: la casa è grande, pulita e molto ben attrezzata: non manca niente, sembra di essere a casa. La vista è bella anche meglio delle foto. Si trova in una bellissima zona e vicino ai trasporti e ai negozi. Rosanna si piega in 4 per informarci delle ballate da fare e soddisfare tutti i nostri bisogni. Lei è molto attenta e ha un sacco di piccoli tocchi. Ha soddisfatto tutti i nostri bisogni e altro ancora. Cosa dire di questo soggiorno: meraviglioso, torneremo. Grazie, Rosanna per tutti questi piccoli regali;
