About this house rental
Situated in lovely Jamaica Beach beside the Galveston State Park, the house is the ideal home for a multi-family vacation getaway. The house features fishing/boat deck, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, grill, bikes, kayaks, and much more. The awesome waterfront location offers a great view of the sunset over the water as well as a cooling ocean breeze.
You will feel right at home with granite counter tops, spacious kitchen and new appliances. The main floor living room features a very spacious yet cozy area with a wide screen TV to entertain. Two large dining tables inside and out and all necessary kitchenware is provided. Twi remodeled full bathrooms provide no waiting time. One bedroom contains two twin bunk beds, for four kids to enjoy staying together.
With a gigantic waterfront deck on the main floor with loungers and built in benches, you will have amazing ease entertaining outside or relax by fishing from a height.
The ground floor features boat deck with a deck ladder which offers the perfect spot for fishing in the shade, jumping into water, dropping in the crab cages or launching out the kayaks with life vests we have available. A large grassy front and side yard offers a great area for children to play and adults to cookout. Bored in house? Go explore the lagoon front neighborhood or head down to the beach which is less than 1 mile away with the bicycles we have also provided.

Had a great time at this canal house! The location was quiet and peaceful, with easy access to the water. Caught fish right from the backyard dock. House was clean and comfortable, great place to relax after a long day of fishing.

We had a really great time at this house. We slept 9 comfortably. 2 in bedrooms one & two, 4 in bedroom 3 that has double bunk beds and one on the couch! House was stocked with kitchen utensils and all its necessities. We also used the Webber propane grill and it was excellent for cooking! All 3 kayaks were a nice amenity as well. We caught lots of fish from the dock it self along with at least 10 crabs in the crab cage! There’s also a good size convenience store at the entrance of the neighborhood. Jamaica beach is right across the street with plenty of room to park and set up canopies! There’s a bait shop like 5 mins up the road and a small local restaurant as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and David was very communicative and answered all my questions promptly!

Our family always has a good time. We were disappointed in the house- especially for the price. The TV had 4 channels- not good on a big football day. The mattresses and linens were not good and we were afraid only one kayak was canal worthy. They did like the bikes and the kitchen was fine and house was very clean.
