About this house rental
This family friendly home features 3 fireplaces, with plenty of firewood stacked on the property, ready for your use. The Master Bedroom is on the 2nd floor. It has a full shower and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has a queen bed and ocean view, the other has 2 twin beds. A twin roll away is also available. The second bathroom and additional half bathroom are on the ground floor. The full-size washing machine and dryer are in a closet in the downstairs hallway area.
The fully equipped kitchen is upstairs, and features a Jenn-air convection gas range with infra-red heat lamps. Additional kitchen utensils include Keurig pod coffee maker, and we also have a drip coffee machine, waffle maker, blender, mixer - everything you need whether you are making a gourmet meal or a picnic lunch. The dining and living areas are also upstairs and both have ocean views; there is a 3-seater couch and a double reclining loveseat to put your feet up and enjoy nature at its best.
We also provide a 40' flat screen Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD, with selection of movies or CD's.
If you would prefer to read a book or do a puzzle, we have a variety of genres from which to choose, together with coloring books and board games. There is a small air hockey table on the ground floor, together with an electronic dart board, a pinball machine and a pool table.
The front garden is a special feature of the property, with lavender bushes spilling onto the brick walkway and a gas fire pit. Humming birds are regular visitors.

Kim and John offer the most outstanding vacation rental we have experienced in five years. The garden is magnificent as is the nearby beach. Kim stocks it with everything you could want and in excellent quality. They are in a little house in the back and readily available. It was our good fortune to book the weekend of Great Elk Day. Not to be missed. 😍

The house and amenities were top-notch. The quiet community was a perfect backdrop for the views of the beautiful gardens, the ocean, and access to a beach off the beaten path. Kim was helpful and considerate and made an already enjoyable experience all the more so. 10/10, will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

We were very pleased with the nice accommodations of this beautiful home. It is close to many trails to walk and beach access.

Our stay, 4 women total, was amazing. The views from the second story (kitchen, dining, living room, and patio) of the ocean and the owner, Kim's, garden were gorgeous. The high ceilings upstairs opened the space even more. We had a great time playing pool and darts downstairs and wish we stayed longer to keep playing. We packed a small ice chest and were able to walk across the street to the walk down to the beach. Highly recommend to stay here!
