Located in the North Lake Tahoe rental community of Kingswood Village, this modern mountain home offers great access to world-class skiing, 24-hour casinos, lakeside beaches, and much more!
The home itself is a cozy retreat filled with all the conveniences of modern day living, making it perfect for the vacationer who doesn't want to sacrifice comfort for a cabin-in-the-woods experience. Enjoy Netflix or a DVD on a cable-equipped TV while a fire in a nice stone hearth warms the living room. Or lounge on the living room's comfortable leather couches while surfing the Internet (this home is equipped with WiFi).
A well-stocked kitchen, complete with modern appliances, makes meal preparation and cleanup easy. And when the meal is ready, a four-chair dining table awaits. Extra seating is provided at the kitchen counter.
Three bedrooms and a loft space provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to nine people (eight adults, maximum). Two bedrooms on the ground floor have king-size beds, a third has two twin beds, and a loft has two more twin beds, including one with a trundle.
If the weather is good, feel free to grill out on the home's gas grill, which is located on the middle floor balcony. Also feel free to do laundry while you’re here - a washer/dryer is included.
Kingswood Village offers many great amenities like tennis courts, hiking trails, a private golf course, and a community pool. You're also not far from great coffee shops, boutique stores, and bars and restaurants in Kings Beach.

This is the second year we stayed at this location. They changed the layout on the loft area but the house was still a good stay. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and homey place to stay.

House had everything we needed. Quiet area and neighborhood, and only a 3 minute drive to the beach!
Not the most modern or updated, but very comfortable and spacious!
Took us to the end of the second day to get a key card for the swimming pool, but that was the only thing not perfect!
Would stay again!!
