• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes.

This house was just right for our group of 6 (4adults and 2 children), well supplied and even though we had rain lots to do with the hot tub and play room, large living area and a short walk to the beach.

I was very private, relaxing & awesome weather ! It was perfect for a quick getaway from the hustle & bustle. Will definitely be back.

This place was great for the most part! The biggest issue is the septic system is only supposed to hold about 70gal/day. You have to be mindful of using too much water and setting off the alarm. Our group of 6 didnt feel we could all shower in the same day. It also limits how much laundry you can do. The listing says a 1 minute walk to the beach. Its about a 10 minute walk on a very steep path. There is public beach access a couple blocks away if you are limited mobility.
The best things about this house were the plethora of games. The ping-pong table, fooseball table, and mini basketball hoop in the basement kept the kids busy for hours. They have so many board and card games to choose from. Outside the volleyball net and horseshoes were a favorite. We used the fire pit in the back yard several nights to make s'mores. They supply a large number of sand toys and even some kites for beach going.
Overall this house provided everything we needed and we would rent it again.
