Fully remodeled 5 bedroom, brick colonial built back in 1912! Ammenities include a completely redone kitchen , bathrooms, 2 car garage, vaulted sunroom , roof, elec/plumb, , appliances, roof, furniture (beds/etc). "Classic Clev Hts" Architecture!! We just wrapped up this major renovation and is ready to host your next visit or get together. I wanted to also mention the home has wireless internet and cable tv.

2nd summer in a row that we've used this property to gather friends from a couple of different states to hang out and play games. The location, 5 beds, 2.5 baths, and large dining table are perfect for our needs.

We needed a place to stay for the family while I was waiting for an operation at the Cleveland Clinic. The house is about 12-15 minutes east of the Cleveland clinic and worked as a great residence for all the family and friends we had been doing while I underwent my operation and recovery! The home is very nice and comes with a detached two car garage that was awesome for parking and while it snowed, therefore we didn’t have to worry about scraping or brushing off our vehicles in the morning or brushing off our vehicles in the morning. About the home; it’s really terrific. Frank was great with communication and the home has thoughtful accoutrements in every bedroom. Things like a fan or USB jack even the night light in the bathroom was a nice touch. The home it’s self is a fully restored home and is quite lovely throughout. Thanks for letting us use your house Frank. I think the pricing is quite fair and the house has anything you’ll need for a large group.All the best-the Darby’s
