Great vacation getaway one half block from Carlsbad Beach and a short walk to Carlsbad Village shops, restaurants and breweries / wineries. The Amtrak / Coaster is also convenient for direct access to the Del Mar Racetrack, Old Town, downtown San Diego and more. Easy access to north, south and east freeways. This lightly used owner's unit sleeps 5, is well decorated and comes with your own 1000 sq ft ocean view deck with gas fire pit, BBQ and tiki bar. This second floor unit is located in a well-maintained 4-unit building with onsite laundry, single car garage and off street parking. The second story unit is accessed by way of a single flight of stairs. As of 2023, the unit has new, larger and more quiet air conditioning unit to take the sweat off those hot and humid summer days. Kid-friendly amenities include a baby gate and pack-n-play. Garage has beach chairs, toys and wagon. A minimum 6-night stay is required to reduce the turnover.
