Wharf View Townhouse Chester

The location was very good being an easy ten minute walk to the city. The house was very clean and spacious. Staff were extremely helpful when we needed the beds to be reset and allowing us to leave our car for a little longer. The beds were very comfortable and we found the house so welcoming. We would definitely return to this property when we return to Chester.

We found the lounge quite dark so feel it needs another lamp and if 6 are staying maybe an extra chair. It would also be useful to have access to or information on further parking close by as 6 visitors arrive in 2 vehicles.

The location is brilliant and the house is really nice. So much space and it's a quiet area too. The hosts are very attentive to emails and any help you might need. There are lovely little touches and snacks and bath/shower accessories. The parking space is a godsend as you don't need to move it during your stay and it's easy to walk into the town centre

There were a few places that needed cleaning better but nothing too bad. The outside step is cracked and could cause someone to fall. The rooms could do with curtains especially if you bring small children

Said please help yourself to tea coffee and milk so you can have a drink when you arrive. No milk. Would have liked a folder with tourist information and suggested places to eat. It's in a student area so if you are in the front of the house with a window open it can be a bit noisy late in the evening.

We had a lovely stay at this townhouse. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. The owners had thought of everything and communication was excellent both before and during our stay. The location is perfect for Chester and the zoo. We also used park and ride to travel to Liverpool by rail. Having the driveway was a real bonus. No stress over parking really adds to the holiday! Kitchen is very well appointed and the lovely little welcome basket was such a nice touch. Towels and linen were all provided. WiFi was also really handy. We absolutely loved our stay here!
