The location was fantastic. Practically walk to all the touristic spots. Great restaurants nearby. Also a nice restaurant downstairs. Overall stay was very pleasant. Well looked after premises.

Great location and beautiful room. Very comfortable.
Although we have stayed here before, this time did not live up to expectations. We arrived at 15.00 to check in but the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. We had to contact the number given and to be fair communication was good and they did rectify. But as we were only staying one night and had meetings … we weren’t able to check in until after 17.00 which really spoilt the stay. We wanted to leave our bags but didn’t feel comfortable leaving them in the room until we could check in which was most inconvenient.
The property did communicate well and we secured a small refund for which we are appreciative.

The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, the location perfect.
With a new corporate owner, it no longer offers any service. You get a text message with building and key code. That’s it. There’s no front desk service, no one from whom to get advice, recommendations, directions. No breakfast option. No one serviced our room during our stay. The personal touch is gone. The model is ok, and convenient, but impersonal.

Great location
The room wasn’t clean when we arrived. We had to wait for 2 hours until they cleaned the room. All the stuff of the previous visitors was still there
