At 1200 sq. ft., Mountain Plaza 604 is a spacious condominium, right in the heart of Center Village, that Sleeps 10 people. This unit has the advantage of 2 Master Bedrooms and an additional Bath. One Master Bedroom is furnished with a 2 Double size beds and a Full Size Bath. The second Master Bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen Size Beds and a Full Size Bath. Within the Living Room, cozy up to the Wood Burning Fireplace, take advantage of the Free WiFi, watch the Direct TV on the Flatscreen TV/DVD player and dream away on the Queen Sofa Sleeper. This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the new American Eagle Chondola lift in our village and therefore considered "Ski-in/Ski-out." The building offers free WI-FI, heated underground parking, and Community Laundry Facilities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-73769 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Great location at Copper Mountain. Super easy to get to the slopes and everything thing else. The office was very helpful for everything we needed

We loved the property and the proximity to the slopes. It was clean and well-maintained despite the unfinished wood framing on some of the doorways, which was a bit odd. The property managers had great communication and were very attentive. The only reasons for the knocked star are that the WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived and for about 16ish hours, and the heater has a clunking noise when it turned on that woke up family at night.

Everything was as described, location is perfect, and plenty of amenities. Only thing that would be a knock is the kitchen is small, but we knew that going in.

We had a great week. The location was great but it was extremely noisy. We could hear people walking & talking up and down in the hallway.
On our last night there was a very loud party in MP606 and we had no information as to whom to contact late at night. We will look to rent at a different building when we return.
