If you have never been to Birch Bay, it is time to see why this hidden gem of a town has been a repeat destination for so many. Jacobs Landing Condominiums has been a hot spot for so many years with its location, amenities and excellent views.
This recently remodeled condo has unobstructed waterfront views and is south facing, so lots of afternoon sun until the beautiful sunset. One of only a few true 2 bed 2 bath condos, The master has a queen size bed and private bathroom with a stand up shower. The 2nd bedroom is capable of sleeping up to 3 with a double bed and a pull out trundle. Gas BBQ, patio furniture, wood burning stove and washer and dryer will make your stay comfortable and convenient any time of year. Guests have use of the clubhouse with indoor pool/jacuzzi, game room, racquetball, and tennis. Common activities close by include, clam digging, crabbing, beach combing, walking, running, bike riding and water sports (rental shops nearby.) Conveniently located 60 minutes south of Vancouver BC and 90 minutes north of Seattle.

Stayed here during the 2025 BP cherry point turnaround. Was a verry nice clean place that was about 5 minutes to the refinery.

Ryan’s condo is wonderful, in a clean and quiet complex with plenty of parking, an inside pool, plenty of grassy space for kids to run, and steps from the beach! You have a great view from the patio!
A cool breeze runs through the unit making it perfectly comfortable! My boys loved the bunks and we slept upstairs in the master. We appreciated the laundry machines in the unit, a large full size bathroom with a tub downstairs, and the space inside!
It’s outfitted with all you need for a great stay!
