Villa Harmony
Villa Harmony is a luxury villa made of natural stone where you can feel comfortable with the whole family.
Enjoy your vacation time in our wonderful Villa Harmony. It is located on the edge of the village of the beautiful town of Prines, only about 10 minutes from Rehtymnon.
It impresses with its traditional construction and is divided into 4 different levels. It also has a wonderfully mature garden that invites you to linger. The property is over 4000 square meters and is landscaped with many Mediterranean plants. A green oasis!
It has 3 bedrooms for 6 people and 3 bathrooms. There is the possibility to comfortably accommodate 2 more people in the gallery. Each of the ground floor bedrooms has its own terrace. A bathroom with shower is between the two bedrooms. The washing machine is also located here. The second bathroom is connected to the living area and has a corner bathtub, as well as a vanity table, toilet and bidet. All bathrooms are daylight bathrooms.
The bedroom on the upper floor has an en suite bathroom with a large shower, vanity, toilet and bidet. The smaller roof terrace (approx. 4x4 m) is located on this level.
The gallery is set up as a reading room with a large selection of books and a desk and, if desired, has two single beds.
From here you have access to the large, shaded roof terrace (10x4 m) with a fantastic view.
The Villa Harmony has a large terrace on the ground floor (partly covered, partly shaded with a pergola) which extends from the entrance area through the kitchen to the living room, as well as 2 roof terraces. There you have two dining areas and an additional lounge area in front of the living room.
2 bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds measuring 1.80 x 2.0 m and a large wardrobe. The third bedroom has two individual box spring beds, 90x200 cm, which can be pushed together and is also equipped with a large closet. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have TV. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with new, back-friendly mattresses.
The living area and kitchen are open plan and each have access to the terraces.
In the living room there is a large TV and a stereo system with Bluetooth. The villa also has a fixed internet connection with a flat rate and WiFi, including on the terraces.
All bedrooms, as well as the gallery and the living-dining area are of course equipped with AC.
A large part of the terraces and the garden are hidden from view. Enjoy the warmth of the air on a lounger under the large palm trees, by the pool or on one of the many other terraces around the house. The pool in the villa is approx. 12 x 4.30 m in size and can be covered with a solar film.
If you park your car comfortably in the double garage, it will always be nice and cool.
You can also easily reach the taverns, mini market and butcher on foot. It is only about 700 m to the center of the village.
It's just 10 minutes to Rethymnon and about 35 minutes to the south coast.
There is a table tennis table in the villa.
Villa Harmony is also ideal for staying in the colder seasons.
**07.11. - 30.04. the prices are without electricity! Electricity is charged based on consumption. Price on request
The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.
In the winter prices, from November 7th. The final cleaning is included in the price until the end of April. Intermediate cleaning is not included during this time, but can be arranged and will then be charged additionally.
The length of stay from December 1st. until 31.03. is at least 28 nights.
The length of stay from April 1st. until May 21st is at least 7 nights.
From 01.05. - 06.11. All additional costs are included in the rental price.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.
From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €15/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.

The house is huge and really comfortable! All the verandas are big with a creat view! In the morning you wake up with the sound of bees and birds! After breakfast we went to a fantastic beach, everyday another one. The taverna Antonis is only a 10 min walk away, where we spent nearly every evening! The owners are lovely and very helpful! We miss this place and we are very excited to come back this autumn!
