About this apartment rental
Two bedroom/two bath condo available for rent in Fraser, CO, just a few miles from Winter Park Ski Resort. Located in the gorgeous Waterside West complex, this ground-level condo is one of the few properties to have a private hot tub. Enjoy the view of Byers Peak and the gorgeous mountain sunset from the hot tub on the patio. The hot tub water is changed regularly and extremely well-maintained. The hot tub is private.
After a guest checks-out, we leave the condo vacant for 72 hours before permitting another renter.
This is a well-equipped unit with new furnishings and a completely stocked kitchen, including pots, pans, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, etc. A toasty fireplace, 56 inch flat screen and DVD player in the living room creates a relaxing evening. In addition, the Waterside West complex has a private fishing pond and it is on the bus route.
The condo is a great option for a family or group because the second bedroom has bunks and an extra twin bed (sleeping 4 people total in the second room).
Other details: Waterside West is in Fraser, Colorado, 6 miles from Winter Park Ski Area and 2 miles from downtown Winter Park. Walking distance to restaurants, brewery, distillery in Fraser. Across the street from the grocery store (Safeway) and Starbucks.

Second bedroom: bunk beds (double bed on bottom with twin on top bunk) and additional second twin in room. See photos for further detail.

The rate-per-night varies based on seasonality. Half of the total amount due is required at booking and is non-refundable. The other half is required one-week prior to your stay.

$500 security deposit is required and will be returned to you in full 5-10 days after the condo is cleaned.
A 2- or 3-night minimum rental is required, depending on the time of year.

Conveniently located . Great communication with the host with arriving and advising me about the incliment weather when we got to the area . Great location to where we needed and wanted to be by winter park to play in the snow . Very nice and clean upon our arrival.
