About this villa rental
The sweet Villa Giador is a welcoming holiday home with private pool, full of traditional charm and a true Greek soul. Spacious, airy, provided with extensive outdoor areas, beautiful sea views, and air-conditioned interiors, Villa Giador is located in the pretty village of Agios Ilias, in the area of Perithia, just a few steps away from the nearest taverna and 5 min drive away from the sandy beaches of San Spyridon, Apraos, Kassiopi. Providing unbeatable value for money, this villa is set to impress for its space, atmosphere and central location: the perfect combination for all that large families or group of friends wanting to live the authentic Corfiot hospitality yet being in easy reach to all the opportunities that this island can offer.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been carefully restored to maintain all its traditional feeling yet offering all the most modern comforts. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge (sofa, dining table, satellite TV, DVD player, fireplace, wi-fi internet), a top-class built-in kitchen (oven, microwave, 4 cooking rings, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table), a large family bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor there is also an annex, with independent entrance, perfect for a couple looking for more privacy. It has air-conditioning, double bed and its own bathroom with shower. An impressive staircase with glass ceiling leads up from the lounge to the upper floor, where the main sleeping area is located. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins) together with a family bathroom with shower. 3 of the bedrooms open straight to a beautiful terrace at the front of the villa providing unobstructed views over the gardens, the church of Agios Ilias and the blue Mediterranean Sea.
Outside, the villa has extensive terraces and paved patios of more than 500sqm, reserved for the exclusive use of the guests: relaxation and peace in deep contact with the Greek nature and lifestyle are guaranteed!
A brand new private swimming pool has been added in the 2020 to further improve the value and the quality of Villa Giador. The private pool measures 7m x 4m and depth is 1.5m. Sunbeds and parasols are provided for the guests.
Enjoy a delicious meal grilled using the brick-built barbecue provided (there is a large table with chill-out area under the gazebo), soak up in the sun, or just read a book in the terrace while enjoying the views... The outdoor areas are beautifully lit at night for extra enjoyment during the evenings.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

we had a great stay! Giannis was incredibly welcoming and helpful..he made us feel at home straight away. the villa has so many great options for places to hang out and a wicked BBQ area to make delicious feasts at. it's just a short drive to the beach and great access to the north of the island. couldn't recommend more highly!

We were a party of 8 covering ages from 11 months to 72 ! Great location , the view from the villa across the straights of Corfu is stunning. It's in the quiet NE of Corfu which suited us perfectly. A lovely little local village (which we could easily walk to) with a couple of nice informal restaurants , a bar and a mini market. A short drive to a variety of beaches. Hosts were very helpful and villa was very clean. We would stay again.

Excellent villa. Spacious, clean and tidy. Air con in all bedrooms and lounge, which was welcome in August. Great hosts who live nearby. Superb welcome pack and goodies. Good pool and outside area. 10 minute walk to two tavernas and small shops. 10 minute drive to Kassiopi.

Wir waren zu neunt für 15 Tage in der Villa Giador zu Gast. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig.Das Wohnzimmer ist groß genug um auch abends Zeit zusammen im Haus zu verbringen. Die Terasse ist toll und es gibt viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. In fünf bis zehn Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Strand. Im Ort, der in unter zehn Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen ist, gibt es eine schöne Taverne (Harrys).Ich kann die Ville nur empfehlen. Fünf Sterne.
