This over-sized condo has a King in the Master, a King in Guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa with 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, which helps accommodate 12 guests. Flat screen TV's in all Bedrooms and in the living room. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, satellite cable service, lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 300 square foot balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more!

This property was absolutely beautiful! So much room and the pictures are true to the condo. The view was magnificent. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the large patio overlooking the pools and gulf.

Check in was easy. Had a slight plumbing issue in first day and that was handled by maintenance within the day.

The curtains had splattered stains on them
Under the couch hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long
Ice maker in fridge had mold on opening where ice comes out
Buttons broke on fridge
Lights in kitchen flickers
A/C quit working one night and half a day
Walls had stains all on them
Couches had stains on them
I just expected more for something called “penthouse” and being 3k for a week
