This is a wonderful property with an incredible location! My family of 9 adults stayed here quite comfortably- the beds are super-comfortable and the house is roomy and stocked with everything you need for an amazing vacation. The deck and fire pit made our weekend! We would 100% stay again!

Well run vacation rental. Liked the open kitchen, fully stocked cooking gear, and a pantry that had lots of basic cooking supplies like oil and spices.Also, efficient use of space. Small but comfortable bedrooms but a comparatively spacious indoor and out common area.Its about 3/4 mile walk to the Newport Ave commercial district thru a lovely neighborhood. 1.1 miles to the Ocean Beach Pier, which is cool. North of the pier is beach. South of the pier is tide pools and cliffs. You should be aware of the quiet hours restrictions. This is NOT a party house. I think the request/rule is too restrictive but not faulting the owners here. If you walk around after dark, the ‘hood really is quiet. Be respectful when renting this house.
