Apartment of 80 m2, a renovation combining authenticity and design, containing 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen.

Charming place for nature lovers, Pringy La Grange is located at 630 meters above sea level, starting point for many walks or bike rides.
You will enjoy a beautiful swimming pool 10m by 4m, heated from June to September, filtered by salt electrolysis.
In the near surroundings you can enjoy the golf courses of Annecy and Aix les Bains,
tennis and the water of Rumilly.

A wonderful week in this beautiful location! The pool was superb, especially given the heat we have been experiencing, and it was a welcome respite after a day of exploring. Sophie is a fantastic host who made us all feel so welcome. Thank you, it was definitely worth the wait! Xx
