Luxurious 3 bedroom 1300 square foot condo with 2 Full bathrooms recently updated. Recent updates include new paint, furniture, washer and dryer, beds, art work, linens, kitchen items, and lighting. Condo is kept exceptionally clean!! Private covered balcony facing 30A is accessible from the living room and master. Amenities include deeded beach access, two private pools in the condo complex, shuttle service to the beach, and BBQ area. The complimentary tram will take you to or from the beach every 10 minutes seasonally. Or just walk the short distance. The Village is located in Seacrest Beach with Rosemary Beach as a neighbor (1.5 blocks) to the east and Alys Beach as a neighbor to the west. Shops, restaurants and entertainment are all within a one minute walk. New pool, hot tub, and splash pad directly across from the condo!! Nearest Beach: Seacrest Beach at Sunset Beach, 200 meters Nearest Golf: Camp Creek Golf Club, 1.1 miles Nearest Restaurant: La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar, Acme Ice House, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, and Pizza by the Sea are located at The Village. Peddlers is located on the property for bike rentals. So there is no need to drive! Everything is within walking distance. Master Bedroom has a King bed and a flat screen TV, attached full bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower and a large closet. Second Bedroom has a Queen bed and TV and a closet and the Third Bedroom has 2 full size bunk beds and a TV. Both of these bedrooms share the hallway bathroom which has one sink and a tub/shower combo.

The unit is beautiful, exactly like the photos online. Location is amazing and we really enjoyed the restaurants and shops in the village. The pools are awesome and the shuttle makes getting to the beach very easy. There was an issue with the cable box so we weren’t able to watch a lot on the living room tv but the owner tried to resolve the issue best she could. A couple minor things for future guests; there were no hangers in the closets. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are very small (two uses at most). Overall, we highly recommend this unit for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area.

Great location, tram to beach was convenient but frustrating as you have to call every single time you get to the stop to let them know you are there. Even if it’s not full, and pulling up! Condo had lots of dust on vents and base boards. Needs a deep clean. Overall great experience.
