The condos are located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all the Key West attractions. The properties are also ¼ mile from Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. This property is outfitted with washer/dryer, pots/pans, towels, linens, central air conditioning, off street parking, and pool access. This condo offers a furnished two bedroom/one bath, first floor unit home. This unit has a new fully-equipped kitchen, new tile floors throughout. This property has installed soundproofing insulation which provides a more quiet environment. French doors open to a private tropical patio complete with table & chairs. Restaurants, shopping, museums and all of the world famous Key West attractions are only a short walk away.

The refrigerator was not working when we arrived and it took until the third day until it was replaced.
The air conditioner was recently replaced with a new one in the bedroom closet. The shelving was removed for this installation and was not reinstalled, therefore, we had no place to hang our clothes. The property manager we spoke to was not interested in reinstalling the shelving.
This unit used to have three additional mirrors that the women used to get ready in the morning. Those mirrors were removed and the women complained about having to wait to use the bathroom mirror to shower and put on makeup and get dressed. Again, the property manager had no interest in reinstalling the mirrors that used to be there.
The WiFi password did not work.
