Great location the house was perfect but at this price I expected a much more updated clean place- I think the house needs some work also not enough supplies for a 6 day stay we had to buy our own garbage bags toilet paper and dish washing also no toilet scrubbers available

The location couldn't be better! The ocean view is enough to take your breath away! Fantastic!! Sitting on the deck and watching the waves was so relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and the garage parking made things easy. The house is close to everything and walking distance to the beach access.

The location was perfect for walks on the beach, watching the surfers, walking access to restaurants & coffee shops. Listening to the ocean blissful to this otherwise landlocked visitor. It was pleasant and comfortable to be at the condo both inside & out on the deck.

Needs more thorough cleaning such as carpets need cleaning, blinds need to be replaced. Outdoor area needs landscaping improved old weeds and old glass pots in area around terrace need removing. Generally acceptable condition several things were replaced by Scrubbs such as new umbrella and screens on doors. We enjoyed the beautiful view and location.Would stay again
