All inclusive - Luxury new home with detached guest house only a few stone steps away from the main house.

Main Home Upstairs -
- Full Kitchen with a gorgeous marble eat-at-bar

- Living Room with stone fireplace and seating
- Outdoor living room with another stone fireplace and seating
- Deck that extends the entire length of the home with seating for incredible mountain viewing
Main Home Downstairs -
- Beautifully decorated Master suite with king bed/full bath (sleeps 2)
- Large living room with seating and gas stone fireplace
- Kitchenette includes microwave, coffeepot, small fridge, sink and toaster oven
- Dining table for 5
Private driveway/parking area.
Wi-Fi and DirectTV in all rooms. NFL package in Main living area.
Linens and towels are included.
Pet Friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $15 per day. Plenty of room for your pets to run and play in the pastures below.
Quiet and secluded with beautiful wooded surroundings. Scenic paved road through private neighborhood. No need for four wheel drive and accessible with motorcycles. Only 1.2 miles off the main Hwy-74/441.

1 hour West of Asheville Airport
10 minutes to the charming town of Dillsboro, NC and the Tuckaseegee River
15 minutes to downtown Sylva and 15 minutes to Bryson City - quaint shopping districts and local restaurants & breweries
15 minutes to Harrah’s Cherokee Casino & Family Multiplex
15 minutes to the entrance of the Great Smokey Mountain National Park
Central location and easy access to highway 441 also makes it convenient to the surrounding towns of Franklin, Cherokee, Waynesville, and Western Carolina University.
Holiday decorating available if rented during the Thanksgiving or Christmas Holidays for an additional $200 fee. If having a large gathering/dinner for the holidays we can set up 2 8' folding tables with 12 chairs decorated with Thanksgiving or Christmas decor. Please let us know at time of booking if you have any special requests

We rented Melony’s property for our wedding weekend and could not be happier with our choice! The house is easily accessible and has everything you would need. The views are absolutely stunning! Melony was very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable for our stay. We would highly recommend staying here!
