The property includes a private 28-foot covered boat dock, kayaks, and a private 9-hole disc golf course designed by Premier Master Designer John Houck.

- THE PROPERTY -

The home is a 4,700 sq. ft., three-story spruce log home on Lake Hamilton. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, an open-concept main floor design, a downstairs game room, and many decks and balconies.

The main floor features an open floor plan.
The fully equipped kitchen includes double ovens, a warming drawer, a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, and all the utensils needed to make any meal: a Keurig pod/drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock-pot, pots and pans, and a 10-piece place setting. There is a spacious island with bar seating for three and a dining area that accommodates ten.
The living area has two oversized sofas, a large recliner, a 65" 4K TV with DirectTV, a large unique stone wood-burning fireplace, a wet bar with an ice maker, and a baby grand piano.
On the main floor is a bedroom with a queen bed, a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a laundry room.

Upstairs, you will find the master suite and en-suite.
The luxurious master suite includes a king bed, a seating area with an antique down sofa and TV, and two balconies. The bathroom features double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub.
The spacious second bedroom features a queen bed, TV, private balcony, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Downstairs includes an additional bedroom, bathroom, and game room.
This lower level includes a game room with a ping-pong table, card table, curved-screen 4K TV, games/books/videos, and a large sectional sofa that folds into a king-size memory foam platform bed.
The bedroom, in the downstairs area, has a queen bed and opens to a patio with a hammock. The separate bathroom has a large clawfoot tub with a hand-held shower.

Outdoor Entertainment
Off the main floor is a spacious deck with a dining table, Adirondack chairs, a Weber gas grill, and outdoor games.
Hammock is located under the deck.
An additional deck, overlooking the boat dock, features Adirondack chairs and a gas fire pit
Kayaks and water floaties are available for your enjoyment
Wood-burning fire pit makes a perfect place for roasting hot dogs and making s'mores
Private 9-hole disc golf course with discs available for use

If you are a disc golfer, there are three 18-hole courses 20 minutes from the house in addition to our private course.
