About this house rental
Two Houses and a Private Boat Dock are included with this property, which sits right on the lake, and is nestled in the woods. Deer, songbirds, and other wildlife make frequent visits, and a large brick patio makes the perfect spot for viewing some stunning sunsets.
The Main House:
The Master Bedroom in the Main House is enormous with a king bed, fireplace, sitting area, private bathroom, dressing rooms, and an entire wall of windows overlooking the woods and the lake, and a flat screen television w/Cable.
The Guest bedroom in the Main House has a Queen Bed and sleeps 2. It also has a private bathroom, flat screen television w/ Cable & DVD.
The Office in the Main House is bright and cheery with computer, printer/fax, internet, and a nice relaxing view of the woods. WiFi and cable television is included throughout both houses.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, and small double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, disposal.
The Great Room in the Main House features two sitting areas, a fireplace, the dining table, a flat screen television, and a wall of windows/sliding glass doors that allow a spectacular view of the lake, and exit to the unique brick patio on one side.
The 2nd Story of the Main House features an entertainment area with a flat screen television, board games, an open sleeping area with 11 twin beds, 2 Queen Beds, a sitting area, and 2 Full Bathrooms.
The Guest House (included in rental of Main House):
The Guest House features Plantation Shutters, a Pool Table Room with a small deck, a Fireplace, Flat Screen Television, surround sound system, Mini Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, microwave, and wine cooler.
The two Bedrooms on the first floor in the Guest House feature King Beds, Ceiling Fans, and a flat Screen television with Cable/DVD.
The Second Story in the Guest House features two bedrooms and one Jack-and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. One upstairs bedroom has a King Bed, the other has two Queens, both have a flat Screen television with Cable/DVD.
The Guest House also features one full Bathroom done entirely in mirrors.....a room with a view?
A Large 3 Bay Garage is accessed from the Guest House. Also in the Garage is a full sized freezer, full sized refrigerator, a sink, and two washers and dryers.
The Private Dock has one 8' X 31' slip available with the rental. The 2nd slip (10' X 31') is used for the family boat, but can be rented with advance notice and an additional charge.
The Dock also features a swimming cove or bring your fishing poles and fish off the dock!
Kayaks are also available for guest use. Sneak out early in the morning for a peaceful paddle along the shoreline.
Family was the focus of this home, which offers a basketball goal, volleyball, badminton, four square, ping pong table, and swimming from the private dock.
Plenty of parking space allows for easy access by multiple families.
This Property is close to Har-Ber Village Museum, two golf courses, only miles from shopping, dining, live entertainment, and just across the lake from Shangri La Resort.

Our family loves Grand Serendipity. This well-appointed home and guesthouse has plenty of space for sleeping and everything you could want for entertaining kids and grownups alike. You could spend a whole day just gazing at the fascinating artwork and sculptures and exploring all this property has to offer, but save time to swim off the dock and paddle around the cove, or throw in a fishing line. We loved ending our day watching the gorgeous sunset from the patio with a million-dollar view of the lake, and toasting marshmallows around the fire pit. This place has it all.

WOW We were there with our children and grandchildren. It was perfect for all 21 of from 4 different states us to gather. Weather could have been better, but that was the nice part about it. With the ping pong table, pool table and the large table for eating, cards, and dominoes we were entertained the entire time. Our friends the ground squirrels, a herd of deer (5), and the Cardinals visited us daily. Can't say enough good things about this place. They literally have everything you need and more. Would recommend it to anyone. Shawna was great to work with and was there if we needed anything. Thanks for all the great memories and pictures.
