Located on the quiet, family-friendly side of our property, this cozy two-story home offers ample space to accommodate up to six guests. Surrounded by natural beauty and exciting attractions, it’s the perfect destination for your getaway. Imagine waking up to the tranquil sounds of Lake Erie, with its pristine shallow waters just steps from your door—ideal for swimming, relaxing, and creating unforgettable memories. The private sandy beach is a true gem, offering the perfect setting for bonfires, sunset strolls, and serene moments by the water.
Just steps from a pristine beach often hailed as one of the finest in the region, our beach house invites you to indulge in swimming, fishing, and water sports within a welcoming beachfront community. The home features an open floor plan on the first floor, with a newly added half bath and brand-new flooring throughout. Step out onto the attached side deck to soak in stunning lake views or enjoy a meal al fresco. After a long day by the water, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower.
Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, including a delightful reading room/porch where you can unwind with a good book while enjoying the cool lake breezes. A full bathroom is also located on the second floor for your convenience.
Originally part of our family’s main house, this unique cottage was carefully transformed into a separate unit 30 years ago. It provides all the modern conveniences, including a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and appliances to make your stay seamless and enjoyable.
Please note, due to local government regulations, we are restricted to a 3-bedroom maximum for our property rentals.
