About this apartment rental
This recently renovated condo has everything to make your vacation comfortable and memorable. Our single level, three-bedroom and three-bathroom condo is close to Hyatt Regency Resort (Restaurants, Shops, Casino), bowling alley, skate park, creek side walking trail and the Incline Recreation Center (Indoor pool, Gym/fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts etc.). Unfortunately, we do not have any passes for Incline's private beaches. However, there several non-private beaches close to Incline such as Sand Harbor Beach, Hidden Beach, and Kings Beach which you can access for a fee (paid at the entrance gate).
Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Championship golfing, movie theater and shopping are within easy reach too. It is the perfect getaway to explore Lake Tahoe and enjoy all that it has to offer including hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, boating, fishing, as well as great restaurants, bars, and coffee houses.
The living room is beautifully furnished with comfortable leather sofas and the cozy dining room comfortably seats 6 to 8. The bedrooms are fully furnished with two queen beds and two single beds, (for up to six adults/children). The high quality cotton bed and bath linens will make your vacation comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy making a family meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops.
For home entertainment, there is a 36' LED TV and Blu-ray. Both tv (no cable but Chromecast and Netfix) and internet are available. There is also a small DVD selection, books and board games available if you want to stay in and relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. The back deck faces greenbelt and has table with chairs. Unfortunately, HOA does not allow BBQ on the property but you can use the BBQ's in the common area between the buildings. Parking is available for two vehicles. Snow clearance is included and there is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit.
Our conveniently located condo has provided us with endless adventures and relaxation. We hope it would be the perfect retreat for your family and friends too.

We loved the en-suite baths and seating for all at the oversized dining table and large outdoor patio. Outfitted with lots in the kitchen.

The condo was very comfortable and located in a very convenient location. We especially enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and the large dining table was nice for meals. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows firmer than we are used to. Everything was nice and clean except the patio table and chairs out on the deck. We would love to have been able to sit out there and enjoy the beautiful weather, but they were so full of pollen dust that we couldn’t even attempt to clean them off so that was a bit disappointing.

This property is conveniently located, and three bedrooms with three bathrooms was great for our group. I had a couple of questions before we arrived as well as during our stay and received responses. We enjoyed walking to the newly remodeled bowling alley across the street.
The photos on the VRBO website of the interior of this condo do not reflect the current state of the condo. It was cluttered/messy and needed a deep cleaning. The outdoor deck was also cluttered and messy. We were able to use the available cooler to take to the lake after we cleaned all of the sand out of it.
