• 20 minute drive up the road to beautiful Lopez Lake and recreational area.
• 40 min drive to Montana De Oro State Park & Morro Bay.

• Loft sleeping area (not a bedroom but semi private that can sleep 2 additional guest, great for kids).

Enjoy our intimate gardens with water features, outdoor dining and gas grill. Ample parking with room for RV's.
Please note the base rate of the house is for 8 guests. Each guest after the 8th will be charged a $65 per guest, per night fee.

Very clean and plenty of room! Great home for families or a group of friends. There only ended up being 4 of us, the 3 rooms we used everyone agreed the beds were comfortable. We would definitely book the house again, hopefully next time we can utilize all the rooms. There are only 2 things that aren't really an issue, but I will note. I couldn't find a wine opener, there might be one since the kitchen is very well stocked, but I couldn't seem to find one & there was plenty of soap but only shampoo in one bathroom. One last thing, I was impressed with all the live plants in the home. Great place!

This home was the perfect gathering spot for our family. It was easy access to Sensorio and deep sea fishing.

We loved our time here. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had an apron! The rooms were spacious the garden beautiful and plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed playing games around the table and movie nights- close to local beaches, shopping, grocery stores and eateries. We hope to be back next year.
