Russian Hill Penthouse top floor contemporary condo. 2,200 square feet. San Francisco downtown and sweeping bay views with Alcatraz in the center. 3 carpeted bedrooms plus additional room/office bedroom adjacent to master bedroom for more guests. King bed in master, second bedroom with double bed, and single bed, and third bdfroom with double bed. Room adjacent to master can have portable queen and twin aerobeds for more guests. Two and half baths with double sinks, glass shower, and tub. The Jacuzzi leaks and can not be used- sorry. Huge gourmet kitchen with thermador gas cooking. Sudden hardwood living room. 70"l’ screen TV, WIFI, and washer/dryer. Three large outside decks. Completely remodeled with cathedral ceilings, and hardwood, Dining room complete with table that seats up to 8 people. Everything is sparkling clean and disinfected. Close by public transportation. The property is in a great location with view of the bay and Alcatraz Island. It is also very large and spacious by San Francisco standards. The neighborhood is safe and remarkably quiet for being so close to the North Beach bars and restaurants. I would stay again.

This was our second time staying here for a tradeshow at Moscone Center and is a great alternative to where we used to stay in the mission. The house is immaculate and the view is one of the best I’ve ever seen in San Francisco. This place is a gem!

Would love to give this property a higher rating as the Penthouse itself was beautiful, a nice kitchen and good location. However, the lack of the basics expected in a lodging costing $1,000/ night (with all the extra fees) resulted in the lower rating. As mentioned in other reviews, - the lack of washcloths - only 3 for 6 people, very thin pillows, master bed on the floor (which you only find out by looking through all the pictures in the listing - not mentioned in the description) missing or broken items, i.e.. curtain in room connecting master bed room to bathroom missing, Jacuzzi nonfunctioning, outlet not working - all of which could be easily rectified by the owner of he chose yo
