About this house rental
Prime Loon Lake quiet waterfront location close to services. Life is better at the lake! This is a great family location. Teach the kids how to swim and fish just steps from the front door!
Enjoy 4 Bedrooms (2 with gorgeous lake views), 2 Bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, recreation room with comfy couches, TV and a bumper pool table, a large deck overlooking the lake, a great lawn and ample parking (up to 4 vehicles and a boat trailer). We've got 50 feet of sandy beach waterfront, and a large EZ dock with a slip (bring your boat!).
Wildlife viewing includes bald eagles, ducks, geese, heron, other waterfowl - and of course, turtles! Last year, we named an inseparable pair of ducks "Ebony" and "Ivory" (see photo).
Loon Lake boasts superior fishing, including oversize Mackinaw (please see photo), Silver Salmon, and Rainbow Trout. Fish off the dock for Largemouth Bass, or use our aluminum fishing boat (motor not included) to still fish in the beautiful sun filled lake.
Bring your kayak or paddle board to discover the nooks and crannies of Loon Lake. Bring your boat and enjoy The Piano Barge on select weekend nights - which is always a show to remember!
The setting is quiet and relaxing and is bathed in sun from morning to night. Take your coffee on the deck in the fresh morning air. Our location on the lake is perfect - you can access the entire lake easily.
Enjoy the many hiking opportunities nearby; bring your bikes, motorbikes, and off road vehicles to utilize the many trails in the area!
Walking distance to coffee shops, shopping, and our local craft distillery. Relax in the evening on the deck overlooking the water while you barbecue your daily catch.

Pets - we get it, you want to vacation with your pets if you have the whole house, right? Just message us prior to booking with the size and level of training of your pet(s). There is a reasonable pet charge.

My dogs and I throughly enjoyed our stay. Huge house, beautiful location, and great neighbors. The kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean and ready for us. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful location with an amazing deck and dock! The owners were so gracious and the communication was great! We are looking forward to returning to the cozy cabin on Loon Lake!

This cabin was perfect for our family. It was very spacious with great amenities and an amazing view. The best part is the amazing exterior with large beach and dock. The location is tucked back into an area that doesn’t get a lot of boat traffic. Very highly reccomended.

We had a wonderful vacation at Loon Lake and the property is beautiful - right on the lake! Everything we needed was there and the hosts were very nice.
We did have a few injuries - the two bedrooms near kitchen have uneven floor/tile areas and my daughter gouged her foot between her big toe pretty badly - about 1/2 inch gouge. She needed Neosporin and daily bandaging. There was also a screw protruding into the inside of kitchen cabinet where cups/dishes are and my wife cut her finger on that. These things are safety problems that need to be fixed. We were disappointed that they existed and we didn't know about them. For the daily price of this property, these problems shouldn't exist. This is why I'm giving only 3 stars to the overall rating.
