About this house rental
Your vacation of a lifetime... UNBELIEVABLE VIEWS, located on a quiet stretch of pristine white sand beach on 30A between Destin and Panama City Beach West. Away from the crowds and still centrally located. Enjoy great restaurants and shopping within walking distance or hop on the bike trail and ride for miles along the beach and over the bridges of the unique estuary lakes.
The townhome is on a dead end street overlooking a quiet oceanfront reserve and just steps away from the beach access. NO BUSY STREETS TO CROSS, QUIET BEACH, NO TRAFFIC NOISE, AND A SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY. These are a few of the many reasons we chose this property for our family. We are located just blocks away from Rosemary beach.

The townhouse has ultimate views of the gulf to set the tone for a perfect vacation. Renovated and professionally decorated with NEW bedding, linens, towels, mattresses and furniture. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen, tile throughout, granite in the bathrooms and ceiling fans creating an environment of luxury and comfort. The third level master has a private bath and huge sitting area with a private deck. The second level features the queen bedroom and bunkroom and a shared bath. The second level has private covered deck with an additional hallway access so no thru traffic in the bedrooms! The first floor features the living, dining, kitchen, laundry and full bath.1st, 2nd or 3rd level large decks are the perfect spots to enjoy morning coffee/tea and beautiful sunrises as well as an afternoon beverage, prepare to be mesmerized by sensational sunsets.
Enjoy the 60'' HDTV/DVD in the living area, 32' flat panel HDTV/DVD combo's in both 2nd floor bedrooms as well as a 50" HDTV in the master sitting area.
This is a place you won't want to leave and will want to return to again and again!!
Our home is also protected by exterior security cameras.

The house really is in a great location ... close enough to the beach to be able to walk back and forth for forgotten items/bathroom visits/lunch.
We easily travelled to Seaside and PCB for food and entertainment, generally ~20 minutes to both areas, and there are two Publix grocery stores about 3 minutes away in each direction. Highly recommend a dolphin tour, 40 minutes away and we saw over a dozen of them.
At night, there is a little traffic from nearby public beachgoers but not disturbing. The home is located at the end of a public beach area, but the volume was not bad, there was plenty of space to set up with probably 50 ft. of space on either side of our family for privacy.
The home is as described and well stocked. Our kids loved a welcome basket of snacks and wiped it out.
There are currently (July 2024) two nearby large homes under construction ... the workers showed up several days but were considerate not to block our driveway. There were some truck/lumber/supply deliveries during the days. We could hear the nail guns from the beach, but it was not too loud, and they worked during the daytime only: night was very quiet. None of this interfered with our enjoyment, I am just mentioning to let visitors this season know what to expect.
The beach is monitored for safety, we had numerous sheriff/beach patrol trucks/carts pass us and were approached at least twice by officers who were passing out safety pamphlets and pointing out danger signs for rip currents.
