Stayed here for a concert at the Rose Bowl. This hotel was clean, comfortable, and central to restaurants and other places we wanted to go. It was surprisingly quiet for a fully booked hotel and we had a good night's rest. The underground parking garage can be reached via one of the hotel elevators. Overall, very pleased with our stay

Good location close to city and not far from universal.
Pretty good room, but limited in terms of in room facilities with no microwave or sink other than bathroom sink.
Safe underground parking but a bit clunky with having to go back to reception again after driving in. Also only one of two lifts goes down to parking.

- Clean and quite room
- Near many eateries
- Amenities given only upon request (water, bed slipper, toothbrush)
- Prepay with Agoda, but the staff charge me the full amount again when checking in, no apology from the staff and it will take weeks for them to do the full refund.
- Stay for 5 nights with free breakfast, upon checking out they charge one day breakfast. Suggest to request for final bill statement when checking out.
