Completed in 2004, and located in the prestigious South Palm Springs neighborhood of Andreas Hills, this solar powered estate is located on over a 15,000 sq ft private lot featuring manicured hedges, mature palms, colorful bougainvillea, lagoon-shaped pool with tanning shelf, five-hole putting green, bubbling spa with waterfall, Misting system, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, gas fire pit and even a regulation height basketball hoop. A stone entry with wrought iron gate, 4-car motor court, furnished covered patios, stone pool deck and mountain views complete the exterior features of this luxury vacation estate.

The host was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The backyard was lovely. The pool and hot tub have sharp edges. Becareful getting in and out.

Beautiful home. Very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Property manager, Joshua was very helpful. Both, kids and adults were able to enjoy themselves.
