About this house rental
Newly decorated this is the perfect 3 bedroom beach get away! Enjoy the community pool and tennis courts while staying at this perfect three bedroom, two bath home located in the quiet Beachside community. This home is very close to pool, tennis courts and an easy walk to the beach. Kitchen boasts granite countertops, with breakfast table in the kitchen. The living space is an open combination dining and living room with bar stools along the kitchen bar. The living room opens to a screened in porch with another dining area and then to an open sun deck with gas grill. This is a split floor plan with 2 secondary bedrooms on one side with a common shared bathroom. On the opposite side of the house is the master bedroom with a private bathroom which opens up to the screened in porch.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The house was comfy and good space for our family. The walk to the beach is fine at about 8 min. The kitchen / baths were very dated and low end with fiberglass tubs and coil stove. The hardwood floors needed repairs (soft wood in places) and the decking was alarming in its state of repair. The beds were very uncomfortable across the board. Our kids even complained and they can sleep on the floor. The cost was very excessive for the state of the house in the off season. We have frequented many IOP properties as well as properties in the this neighborhood and we know we could have for the cost.
