About this cottage rental

Free wif- and free parking. Large two-bedroom duplex cottage with front living room with a pullout sofa bed sleeps a single person in the front room. A king-sized bed in one bed room and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Single bath with historic claw-foot cast-iron tub with shower. Includes flat screen TV and granite-top galley contemporary kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, and two-burner ceramic glass cooktop. Front porch and terrace for quiet conversations and meeting the neighbors. Breakfast not included . Base price for 4 persons with additional fee for 5th guest using pull-out sofa bed. You may wish to get Travel Protection Insurance through CSA Insurance Company. They are the company that works with Homeaway. This specific insurance would protect you in case unexpected emergencies require trip cancellation.

Cute, cozy and clean. Great location allowed us to walk to dining, shopping, tasting rooms. Would most definitely stay again given the opportunity.

The rental is small but clean and comfortable. The owner lives behind the rental and was very helpful. The location is close to the downtown with shops and restaurants. We would stay there again!

the house definitely needed a deep cleaning. light switches, kitchen appliances etc. we did enjoy the yard setting as it had plenty of area to sit.
