Lovely Studio in Heart of Downtown Mill Valley

It was a great location and a cozy spot. The bed was comfortable, although the room is pretty small. Three things to be aware of: 1. Natural lighting in the studio is non-existent, since the stay is below the main house. 2. The studio is the guest house of someone’s home, so there are people coming and going past the entrance of the house. 3. You can hear footsteps and talking in the main house from above which woke us up in the morning. We would’ve preferred knowing this before the stay. Everything else, check in process and communications with the host was smooth.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and found the studio to be bright, clean, and well located. My only note would be that the description make clear that only Netflix is available on the TV - no network or cable channels at all.

So happy to find a place that is so comfortable, clean, stocked in a wonderful location. I didn't even need my car! I really loved this little place. It was so private and cozy and I will definitely come back!

My 5 year old son and I stayed here for two weeks and we could not have been happier. The place was clean, bright, and had everything we needed for our stay. Although there is no parking it was very easy to park on the street, and, if you don't have a car you can walk to the downtown in 5 minutes or so. The pictures were accurate and the owner was very professional and nice to deal with. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
