About this house rental
Fantastic Location. Less then a 5 minute walk to the beach, Main Street, stores and restaurants. Under two blocks to the beach, downtown, and Main Street. Walk to restaurants and bars. No need to worry about having to drive.
2 bedroom 1 bath house completely remodeled inside and out. New Central heat and air. Backyard with ample seating, bbq, and covered patio. New kitchen with designer appliances and quartz counters. One bedroom has a queen sized bed with mirrored closet doors, the second bedroom has two twin beds with mirrored closet doors The living room has a new couch with a pull out queen size bed and an additional leather couch. The dining area has that seats four and the outdoor dining area seats four with additional seating for 5 more. The back patio has barbeque and laundry the room has new front loading washer and dryer

I love Huntington Beach and you’d be hard pressed to find a better rental location. Two blocks from main. Two blocks from the beach. Beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and so much more. It really is a great find. Highly recommend

The location details were accurate, close to HB pier, and it was nice to have an assigned parking space close by.
Our concerns were that the cleanliness was not up to standards. Especially the floors throughout the home. The floors needed a good cleaning. We found an insect in one of the beds and had to wash all the linens. Lastly, the ‘dishwashing soap’ in the kitchen area was watered down so much that we could not use it 🙁
