Our beautifully designed Villa is fully furnished and equipped. The sleeping quarters are on the upper floor, with two bedrooms and large furnished private balconies. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and crockery, a living room with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV and a CD/DVD player, a dining area and a sun room.
Guests can relax on the sun loungers of the decked terrace by their private pool or enjoy their BBQ facilities. Free Wi-Fi access and parking is available.

The mass tourism has not yet reached Gennadi, so the village offers peace and tranquility to its visitors and at the same time it has its own 'life and identity' all year round.
Gennadi is situated on the east coast of Rhodes, app. 65 km south of Rhodes Town.
The village offers everything you might need such as post office, shopping, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants etc.
The local beach is sandy with small pebbles and is considered to be one of the best in Rhodes with its crystal clear water.

Das Apartment bietet viel Platz, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Poolanlage und Garten sind sehr sauber. Bei einem aufgetretenen Problem reagierte die Verwaltung schnell.
Gutes Angebot mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants.
Die Ausschilderung zur Apartment-Anlage könnte besser sein! Vorherige Routen-Planung über Google Maps ist hilfreich.
