Cleanliness was ok
There was a coffee machine but not a single one coffee capsule.
In the shower there was no soap.
No air conditioning in the apartment and it was very hot inside.
The fans in the two bedrooms were quite noisy and not much useful.
The mattresses were of poor quality (hurting).
Automatic lighting in the entrance corridor/staircase would be a plus.
