Sit down meals are easy with the large dining table. Enjoy the gas Weber BBQ on the deck off the kitchen and eat outside overlooking the beautiful views. Enjoy the new Flagstone patio area.Fully fenced in yard as well. No Hot tub.
This house is on a double-lot; You’ll find a large fenced in backyard, adjacent to meadow with beautiful trails leading to the lake. Walk just a few yards to the river and watch the wildlife. Or, hang out at the house. This house is located in the Tahoe Keys Association so you have access to indoor outdoor pool, tennis and basketball courts. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, coolers. (additional charge to use the pool)

This is a great place for large groups. Plenty of beds and things to do. Kris was awesome the hot tub broke and he was not able to get it fixed for our visit but he got us into the indoor pool so the kids could play. There is pool, foosball, air hockey and shuffle board and a basketball hoop where we played PIG everyday. Quiet neighborhood where you can walk and also a trail behind the place that will take you to a pretty creek/river. It was advertised as having ping pong and darts but those are no longer there. We had a blast and will be back! Thank You Kris!

We had so much fun at this house! With all the games they provide inside and out. Beds were nice, bathrooms outdated but functional. Would love to stay here again! Its on my favorites list for sure.

This house is great for a big group of friends! You can sleep 16 people in beds comfortably. The living room/game room area is awesome! You can literally never be bored in this house. The house is right near the Tahoe Keys Marina, which was convenient since we rented a tiki boat out of there one day (highly recommend doing that - so fun!)
The only downside (which is applicable to most rental homes in Tahoe) is the 10pm curfew - it is definitely strict. Make sure all music is turned off by 10 or you will get the cops called on you! This happened to us, but the music was turned off by the time they arrived at 11, so we got a warning instead of a citation. As long as you follow that rule, you will have a great time!
I also love how big the kitchen is - there's a huge island, and a dining room table big enough to fit your whole group!

The house was not “gently used” but rather “well worn.” The owner was very responsive to any questions/needs we had. Pots and pans all needed scrubbing before we used them. We loved the game room. The bedrooms for the adults were less than comfortable.
