Pet friendly. Location and the stay overall was phenomenal. Tom was amazing, he showed us around a bit. My significant other was mesmerized by the history. Will definitely be back and next time, we are making time to hear more about the history. Also got to see some turkeys roaming around in the morning.

My wife and I and our dog stay here several times each summer as it fits our needs pefectly -- peaceful and spacious grounds, comfortable accomodations, and good access to the dog friendly beaches in Cayucos. Tom is a great host.

The accommodation is very basic. The place is dated. There is no dishwasher. The shower is very tiny. But for the cost it’s decent. The main bed is very lumpy. The extra bed is better. The property is very pretty outdoors. And very green and the buildings are very rustic and interesting.
