This amazing waterfront home sits near the end of highly desirable Yellowstone Point overlooking pristine Hayden Lake, bringing you the best North Idaho has to offer. From the moment you walk into the home, the huge windows running the full width of the room offer stunning views of the lake. The main level of the home features two king master suites, each with double vanities in the bathrooms and huge walk-in closets. The living room has a high definition, flat screen Satellite TV, CD player with outside deck speakers, DVD player with tons of DVDs for all ages, and comfortable leather couch set. The fully furnished gourmet kitchen has double ovens, microwave, gas cook top, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and island counter with 8 stools. The dining area has a large wood table with two removable leaves that can adjust to seat between 4-8 people. The laundry room/mud room has a large washer and dryer, built in ironing board with iron, and extra kitchen appliances and supplies. The Trex deck can be accessed from the living room, dining area, or west side master with new (2018) Weber gas barbecue/grill, and 180 degree, million-dollar views of stunning Hayden Lake. Brand new high-end deck furniture in 2018 features two large tile tables with 12 chairs, large umbrella for shade, love seat with small tile table, two chairs with foot rests, and two deck chairs for sunbathing.
The lower level of the home features 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a king bed, and two bedrooms that each have two bunk beds in them. The main area downstairs has a sitting area with brand new leather couches, widescreen TV, and fireplace, a wet bar for entertaining, a large recreation area with pool table, foosball table, and elliptical exercise cross trainer, and incredible views of the lake. The lower level also features a theater room with a brand new 55" flat screen Smart TV, four movie theater seats, popcorn machine, video games, and access to owners large movie library on Amazon. Lastly, there is a full bath, a half bath, and storage space under the stairs with tons of kid toys, board games, and puzzles. The lower level walks out to a covered patio with ping pong table, free standing patio swing, picnic table, and access to the state of the art, hillside tram. Walk down the peaceful winding path to the private beach and Trex dock featuring a covered boat slip, swim ladder, and swim stairs. Located in the deep water part of the lake, so swimming and boating are never a problem, and with a southwestern exposure you are still having fun in the water long after the other side of the lake has been in the shade.
Linens, bedding, bath towels, and beach towels are all provided for your convenience. The two child kayaks, two seat adult kayak, and paddle boat are yours to use, as are the extra life jackets and coolers. The high speed internet and Smart TVs provide access to Netflix, HBOgo, Amazon, and many other streaming video sites. "Brian was fabulous about answering all of our questions. Their home was incredibly well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared—you can tell a lot of love went into every detail. Our family truly enjoyed our stay on the lake. The view was absolutely stunning! One of our favorite moments was sitting on the deck, relaxing and soaking in the peaceful surroundings, when—right on cue—a bald eagle flew majestically across the deck. It was magical!"

We stayed here last week with our adult children and grandchildren. The layout of the home worked perfectly for all the family units and there were plenty of gathering areas for everyone. The view is amazing. We spent a lot of time down at the lake, the tram made bringing gear and little people a breeze. Would come again!!
