This 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the beautiful, gated complex of Golf Hills Estepona located close to the Selwo Adventure Park and La Resina Golf Club and a 20 minute walk to the beach. The complex offers a lovely grassed communal pool area with large pool and separate kids pool, kids playground, bbq, raquetball court, and private parking.
There is a lift to the 3rd floor apartment which consists of a large lounge/diner furnished with a sofa and dining table and chairs. The lounge leads out onto the south east facing terrace fitted with a coffee table and chairs. The modern kitchen has a small utility terrace with the washing machine.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, fitted wardrobes and enjoys an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is fitted with single beds and has fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate shower room with a walk in shower.
This property has AC and wifi is available. It is located minutes from the beach, and a short drive to Puerto Banus and Marbella where you can find world-famous marina, shopping and restaurants.

The apartment was good and we had a good stay. The community is well taking cared of and the pool area is very nice and clean. Unfortunaly the view from the terass was not fabulus but we spent a lot of time out side on different beaches. We stayed for 5 weeks and would have wish for better cleaning materials as a vacumcleaner and a fresh mop. The area are good and if you have a car there is many places to see and good beaches to visit. Our favorit beach is Bounty beach in Marbella, good food at the chiringito and nice sand on the beach. We also loved the old town in Estepona, so beautiful.
We had a good stay and we would love to come back and we can definitly recomend this apartment.

We have overall had a nice stay for one month in the apartment. A nice apartment and clean surroundings with pool and tennis.
The placement is like 1,5 hour walking distance to Estepona, so would recommend a car, if you are staying here. There is not much kitchen equipment, only the basic you need.
Other than that there is only sun at the balcony After 17 o’ clock, but then its good that there is a Nice pool area.
We had a Nice stay, and Brian was Nice and helpful with all the questions we had. We were also welcomed by a welcomepack with snacks and breakfast.
