This freshly renovated condo provides the perfect place for year round activities. With access to a private very large garage on the ground floor, carrying many items up and down the stairs is a thing of the past. Great for storing a truck or boat full of fishing or beach gear. Less then one mile to the beach! Amazing balcony view of the pool, that has a shade and a sunny side for your enjoyment.
Master bedroom has queen size bed with private bathroom.
Second bedroom has full size bed with trundle twin pullout. There is also room for a blow-up mattress and couch for additional sleeping.
Also a great getaway in a nice quiet and small community for Winter Texans!
Monthly rates available during non-peak seasons. Condo is on the 2nd floor, outdoor stairs from garage to main balcony.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was great and made everything easy to access. The host was responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

The place and host were amazing! They were very nice and so available to us. My family and i had so much fun! Definitely recommend this place.

The place was beautiful and it was a very nice stay. Excellent location in town, the check in and out process was easy, and communication with the owners was easy and convenient. There were 8 of us there, 6 adults and 2 infants, and it was a nice size and worked well for us. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a nice location with great amenities and nice owners.
