About this house rental
This California Craftsman style home is located 6 miles from Disneyland in the rural hills of Fullerton. Upgraded amenities throughout the home will provide a comfort and resort style vacation unavailable at local hotels. From relaxing on the front porch, to cooking gourmet meals in the commercial grade kitchen, to enjoying an outdoor dinner under the patio watching the sunset, we are committed to making your vacation unforgettable.
4 comfortable bedrooms with available futon mattresses allow for flexibility for your stay.
You will love the upgraded bathrooms with decorative showers and a large jacuzzi in the guest bathroom.
We have young children so the home is equipped with toys, a pack-n-play, games and DVD's we know they will love.
You will probably find yourselves spending a lot of time outside in the wonderful Southern California weather- from the spacious front porch to the fire pit and hot tub on the upper level, the potential for outdoor living is endless. Our favorite Summer activity is the Resort Style Pool on the lower half of the property. It is not heated so the swim months are usually April to September. Decorated switchback steps take you down the hill to the gated pool surrounded by trees and nature. No neighbors in sight as you enjoy swimming in peace and quite. Pool toys, BBQ grill and a fire pit along with pool house bathroom allow for long afternoons in the sun!
Pool is not heated but we put a solar blanket on it in the summer months. Swim season is basically from May - September and the water gets to 75-80 degrees.
Lastly, adjacent to the pool is gate access to one of Orange County's most popular running and biking trails- the Hiltscher Trail. Explore the trail as you encounter horses and friendly walkers.

Our stay was beyond what I had imagined, from communication with Drew to staying at this beautiful home, everything was perfect! The location was convenient and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The home itself was huge and had so much space for all of us to relax and the backyard was amazing!! The only thing I regret is not booking a longer stay, so that we could just stay home and take advantage of the pool and house! If we ever visit the area again we will definitely be staying here!

This home is beautiful. We loved staying here and the host was amazing checking in to make sure everything was ok. They have everything. My kids had an amazing time and wanted to move in permanently (me too if I am being honest)! We could not have asked or gotten anything more perfect!!!

Andrew’s home was a perfect fit for our group of 10. Drew was quick to respond to any questions. Grandkids and adults loved the pool and outdoor space. Several in our group also enjoyed the walking trail next to the property. We would stay there again.

This was an ideal home base for my family during wedding week of a goddaughters’ wedding. We had plenty of space indoors and outdoors to enjoy each other and relax. Perfectly located for the wedding venue, Summit House.
Rental description is accurate. Property owner checked periodically to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you!
