Welcome to Yellow Pine 37, a rare Sunriver getaway designed for easy family vacations and unforgettable time together. With a private indoor lap pool and indoor hot tub in the same enclosed pool room, this home offers year-round fun in a way very few Sunriver homes can. Sleeping up to 12 guests, Yellow Pine 37 also includes central A/C, 9 adult bikes, foosball, cornhole, and plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax.
With nearly 3,000 square feet and a reverse-living layout, the main gathering spaces are upstairs, where the open living room, dining area, and upgraded kitchen make it easy to cook, connect, and spend time together. Vaulted ceilings, leather seating, a wood stove, and a dining table that seats 10–12 create a comfortable space for shared meals, game nights, and slow vacation mornings. The upper deck includes a gas grill and outdoor dining space for evenings under the trees.
The sleeping layout works especially well for larger families and group trips. On the main level, you’ll find a king ensuite plus a twin-and-bunk room that sleeps 4. Downstairs, there’s a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bonus TV room with a sleeper sofa and direct pool access, giving everyone extra flexibility without making the home feel crowded.
One of the best parts of staying here is that the fun doesn’t depend on the weather. Swim year-round in your private indoor pool, move a few steps over to the indoor hot tub, or head out on one of the bikes and enjoy easy access to the Deschutes and Sunriver’s paved paths. When the day winds down, come home for dinner on the deck, a game of foosball, or lawn games outside.

As a partially paralyzed I was able to swim! We all played cards and ate around the large dining and patio table. Bikes in the garage added to the fun.

We have a 4 year old and this house is great. One of only 3 (I believe) houses for rent in Sunriver with a private pool. We have also stayed at the other that looks very similar to this. The pool is our major draw here during covid. The pool temp stays in the high 80's low 90's during the winter making it a great place that is not to cold. The house layout is good for larger groups. There are only 3 things wrong with this house. The first is big, the pool fan kicks on every 15 minutes and goes for a half hour at a time, and it is loud. If you are a light sleeper (like me) the only viable sleeping rooms are the upstairs master and the couches upstairs. The other two issues are small, there are no shades in the bunkroom upstairs making for a early get up with the sun. Same goes for the upstairs master, there is a skylight with no shade that lights the room up when the sun comes up. That being said, would I stay here again? Absolutely. Our son loves it, the pool is great and the house is well stocked. The property manager is also very responsive (via text, they got back to me within minutes). A great house.
