We had an excellent three night stay. The location was excellent and the unit was perfect. Close to everything and easy ski in and out close to the main Highlands condola. The unit looked over the center of the ice rink with everything near by. Saeed, was always available via text and provided excellent support. Thank you again for a great stay, we will look for more opportunities in the future

We have stayed in this condo several times over the last few years and its biggest assets are the view and location. It overlooks the ice skating rink in the Village with a great view of the mountains. Our only complaint is the unit needs a deep cleaning and a few repairs, once those are complete I’d give it a 5 star rating.

Property is clean and has basic necessities. Overlooking the village with a great view. Each room has its own bathroom and that was the cherry on top with 7 family members staying together. Overall it was a great trip ! 15 min from kings beach and 15 min from downtown truckee. Perfect location!

This location is phenomenal. The condo itself could use a little update/work. -The condo seemed dirty, found long black hairs on one of the sheets and in the shower. It did not look like professional cleaners had cleaned.-The primary bath faucet worked but was missing part of the handle.-The kitchen fan was broken, the ice maker was broken, and one of the kitchen faucets had almost no water pressure.The kitchen glasses are all mismatched, potholders were dirty and -There was a huge stain on the hallway carpet.
